Micro Sprints – Working against a count down timer

During the time of this pandemic Covid_19, most of us are working from home. If you are like me, some days it is difficult to focus on work. Then I tried this simple technique. I set the count down timer for 1 hour, and then I start working till the alarm bell rings after 1 hour of concentrated work. Then I take a break for 5 minutes, before the next 1 hour sprint starts. When I complete seven one hour sprints, I call it as a day. And very often it is a very good productive day. Try it yourself. Use any timer with a count down clock. Good luck. Now is a great time to build the MVP of your dream product.
